Takotsubo

Takotsubo was established in 1927. The eloquent 3rd generation owner-chef adds his own special touches to tastes that have been handed down through the years. The fresh, colourful seafood and vegetables procured from a long-trusted vendor are a major selling point. The early summer squilla, summer uni, awabi, sazae, and small sardines – while familiar Hiroshima ingredients – take on a whole new meaning at Takotsubo. There is also obanzai and, from October, oden with a comforting, homely taste.
